When I ordered this I didn't see the one star reviews. Bought this about two weeks ago. Just got home and put it together. Just like everyone else said the cable is reversed. Can't use bike. Called Nautilus Inc and they are closed. I see this is going to be a pain in the butt. Don't buy unless you want frustration! Purchase your bike from a local store! Lesson learned! Update - Did get hold of customer service after an hour and half wait on phone! Said they would send two cables but would take about a month. Waiting on cables. After reading other reviews I see a new console in the future which will probably take another two months! Still recommend you to stay away from product! Update 4/1/11 - Ended up having to get a new console as well. I have not received the cables or the console. I have not been able to use the bike since it arrived. I also have two other friends that have bought this bike. Each one has had the same problem. It doesn't even deserve a star! Update - May 11th, Received new cable. Does not help as the Console still reads E2 - error. Called Nautilus again. Stated new console was being shipped out at the end of May! Buyers be aware. I wonder how many times we are going to have to take this bike apart! They should pay us for buying it! Update - May 31st. Received new console. Still reads E2 - error. Bought new batteries, tried everything we could think of. Looks like another call to Schwinn! Update - June 14th -Sending another part. I guess they hope I will give up. Why don't they just let me return it? It hasn't worked yet! Update October 2011 - Never was able to use the bike as none of the replacement parts worked.
