Forced to download amazon underground app so i may download amazon video app to stream the content i paid for, except amazon wont install the video app so im forced to go download it from a third party site but now that i can actually use the app they wont allow me to watch any videos unless i use their poorly designed and bloated video app which does not have casting ability. So instead of using androids bult in share function to open the video with localcast and cast to my tv they want me to watch everything on a 5inch phone screen with trash speakers? Forget it! I feel really bad for HBO i love their products and want to pay for them to support the development of my favorite shows but it seems as tho amazon is purposefully making the process extremely difficult to deter users from using this service. its pretty sad when a free app that illegally downloads movies and tv shows and contains ads has a better user interface and overall expirience than this service that i pay $14/month for. Amazon can rest assured their mission of detering customers has been quite successful im not giving them another penny for this streaming bs ill go back to showbox and netflix, since they actually want customers to use their apps.
