Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I ordered this twice and both times it came in unsealed packaging. After I return the first one I was guaranteed the second one would be factory sealed but it was not. I love this product but I’m not going to put something on my face when I don’t know with what is in the jar is actually what is supposed to be in the jar. Especially since some people have complained that it burns their skin. I have never had that happen with this product. I think my 1 star rating is more for Amazon than for Neutrogena.
