My machine was defective when it arrived, when I contacted Addi about the "life time warranty" I heard about on You Tube videos... I was told that was on the needles only. Also, since I bought it through ucoomy, on Amazon, they are not an authorized dealer, Addi would not honor any warranty. Buyer Beware! I now have a $220 machine that does not work. No recourse. I have searched and can find nothing that says no warranty if purchased thru Amazon, no list of authorized sellers, no information at all. If you go to the Addi website and look at the warranty there is a disclaimer that says all of the above. You have to really dig for it. Not happy with the machine, but really not happy with company. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
