Interesting concept but flawed in execution. You can make 3 pillows out of the 6 inserts unless you have a head like Jay Leno. The problem is the fill material. First, it gets hot. Within a minute of putting your face on it it seems to heat up.When I could sleep for more than an hour at a time I would wake up with the pillow drenched with sweat. Next, the material compresses into hard lumps that push into your ears and the side of your face. The pressure points made it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. Not recommended.
