This is NOT 20 inches high!
The product description for this item clearly states that it is 20 INCHES HIGH (Size: 56L x 1W x 20H in.) The rail I received was barely 16 inches high and just peeks over the top of the mattress. I am keeping this rail as I search for a better one, but I am disappointed by the inaccurate description provided by the manufacturer.
