I paid $200 and bought the PaintZoom directly from PaintZoom last year because I was painting my kitchen cabinets and a few other cabinets in my house. The first time I used the sprayer it worked perfect. I was so excited and couldn't wait to get on with my other projects. I started my second project which was my kitchen cabinets that's where the sprayer went south. After having the sprayer on for 20 minutes it would over heat and shut itself off. Not to mention the pump gets soo hot to touch it will burn you. It took this thing over two hours to cool down and finally work again. So what would have been a quick 45 minute project took ALLLLL day! No exaggeration. Did I mention I got the upgrade to the "industrial strength"? Once it decides to turn on again its a 50/50 shot if the sprayer will actually spray properly or just spit paint. Most of the time I had to go over all the spray jobs with a brush to fix the paint. This is so incredibly frustrating when you have limited time to paint. The more I used it the less it would work. There were times I'd have this thing on and it would just spit paint for 5 minutes and then all of a sudden it will work properly for 30 seconds and then back to spitting. I followed all cleaning instructions after every use. I diluted the paint as instructed and even precisely timed the paint in the funnel to make sure it was the correct thickness. I literally had this sprayer for 3 weeks and by the end of the 3rd week it was on its last leg. I called their customer service and spoke to someone in India. I explained that the sprayer was not properly working and since I was within my return period if I could EXCHANGE my sprayer. nope! No exchanges allowed. Ok so then I asked for a refund. Nope. Eventho I was within the return date they refused to give me a refund but said they could only refund me the shipping and handling. We spoke to numerous "managers" all of whom had a think Indian accent that you cannot understand. They were all so very rude and appalled that I would even think about returning something. Needless to say, the sprayer went in the trash and I disputed charges from bank. They are a horrible company to deal with!
