I bought this pepper mill in late 2016 and it worked well until June 2018. Then it quit. Amazon's website says it has a five-year warranty on the mechanism, so I contacted Amazon and asked about the warranty. Amazon responded that it had no information, so I went on the manufacturer's website and asked how to submit a warranty claim. I never got a response. It's false advertising to say there is a warranty, but not have a way to present a claim.
