Unless you just need it for display or a costume, I would pass on this one. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the light saber in comparison to another one that I purchased for just $4 more. The blade color is vibrant and easy to change, which is nice, but it has less sound fonts and the hilt is of a much poorer quality. The hilt is also poorly designed for holding it at a proper location and if you do, the grooves are hard on your hands. The blade diameter is small compared to other full contact light sabers. I'd highly suggested purchasing one with a 1 inch blade. It'll feel better and perform better. This is a light weight light saber that might be great for kids, but compared to other full contact light sabers, just feels flimsy and of poor quality. And I'm not comparing it to $200 light sabers either. Literally, $4 more will get you a 1 inch blade, ergonomic hilt designed for dueling, more sound fonts, and just a much better feeling product. EDIT: These guys won't stop emailing me trying to get me to take my review down. They are giving refunds, so be aware that these reviews may be fake because they are giving refunds/gift cards for people to take their negative reviews down.
