Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I definitely don't work for Snugg and I wish I had read the reviews with a more critical eye. The major problem with this case is that it covers the edges of the screen. No matter how you try to position it in the case, parts of where you need to tap are obstructed. Do not ignore this because it's annoying to have to lift the sides up to tap anything on the edges. This is a 100% deal breaker regardless of how nice it looks, feels, smells, dances the rumba or gives you a back massage. It will be going back pronto! Edit: I have no idea why people don't find this review helpful. It seems everyone here must work for Snugg or has never turned their Kindle Fire to landscape. This case blocks the menu buttons in landscape and makes it useless. The reviews on this product are obviously fake. 2nd Edit: My suspicion about the fake reviews was proven to be correct. Amazon removed fake reviews from a James (profile name Jamie) who reviewed this product pretending to be a consumer: Here is the response from Amazon: "Thank you for taking the time to write to us. I've removed the reviews left by Jamie you informed us about on the Snugg Company Case Products and it should disappear from Amazon.com soon. We want our Customer Reviews to be constructive and useful to other customers, and we appreciate that you took the time to contact us about this review." Read the comments on this review to see how this company operates.That is assuming they don't try to cover the tracks and remove the comments. Avoid this product / AVOID THIS COMPANY! ####################### UPDATE 5/27/13 My review was for a case for the original Kindle Fire and it was 100% accurate. I have no idea why Amazon allows the next generation to carry over the same reviews as the previous version; that makes no sense. I have no idea how the case fits the second generation Kindle Fires but for whatever reason the old reviews are still here. Of course people will think my original review is not helpful if it's for a different product. Get it together Amazon.
