I purchased this item with fulfillment by Amazon, it is not the same product as shown in the item photos. These masks do not say anywhere that they are FDA approved, which is the primary reason for my purchase of these particular masks. I am concerned that they could be counterfeit, as this particular package design is not shown anywhere else. **Edited to add that after reading a New York Times article on counterfeit masks, I scanned the product bar code and found that it does not match with any known product UPC code, increasing the chances that these masks I received are counterfeit.
