We purchased these as a quick option for distance learning. Everyday we've had trouble with audio and the microphone is terrible. I would not recommend. ************UPDATE 12/27/2020************ After I post this review, the company reached out and apologized for our "negative comments." Then, we were asked to remove the negative comments because "For a shop like ours, a bad review is a fatal blow to us. Could you please forgive me and help me delete the review? If you can, I want to refund ($22 ) to you to express my gratitude. Please accept my little wish.Thank you." Unfortunately, the refund does not change the quality of the headphones we purchased for distance learning. It's a little shocking for a business to ask a customer to remove a negative comment. If the product is poor--then it's a poor product. If others want to purchase this same item, they purchase with fair warning. I certainly can appreciate the business's attempt to make things right. However, a refund does not improve the quality of the product we purchased. Never once we were given the option of replacing the headphones with the ones that are "improved" --according to their email. At this point, we are considering reporting the business to Amazon for the shady practice. Hope this is helpful!
