This is an absolutely terrible device, not because of the quality of coffee that it makes (it makes excellent coffee) but for the fact that you must "clean" the Ninja Coffee Bar because a red warning light comes on. When first bought, the "Clean" light will not light up for the first 100 cups of coffee and you will be thrilled with the performance of the Ninja. The trouble begins when the "Clean" light comes on. You then clean the device using Shark's Ninja Descaling solution. This is a tedious and difficult process that takes about an hour to perform. Once cleaned, you'd expect it to be able to brew 100 more cups before it's due for the next cleaning. However, the "Clean" light comes on again after brewing 2 to 3 more cups of coffee! I have had two of these Ninja Coffee Bar's do this to me. I DO NOT HAVE HARD WATER AND I CLEAN THE DEVICE EXACTLY ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS!!!! Shark-Ninja deceptively does not tell you this before purchasing one of these devices and by the time you realize that the item was poorly designed and does not work properly due to the "Clean" light mis-design, it's too late to return it to Amazon. Since it's too late for me to return this miserable device, I'd like Shark-Ninja to do is to refund my money and take back this extremely poorly designed product.
