This is the biggest POS product that I have ever purchased. If I would have known that I basically had to set up a road course for this thing it would have stayed in the warehouse. Don’t purchase if you have any area rugs over 5/8 inch high. They will stop this worthless thing. I had purchased a Shark version a week ago and other than getting stuck under the chair once or twice it rolled right over my rugs and picked up everything in its path. However, Amazon had a sale on the Roomba, which was $150 cheaper than the Shark. That and everyone raves about the Roomba! So ordered the iRobot and took back the Shark. Big mistake. If you have all hardwood floors, or just carpet with no area rugs, or tile (can’t climb it either) then you may be ok. But for me, this is a waste of $300...
