Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

With all of the positive reviews I thought this would be a good addition to my office, but to my dismay, as others have said, it does not work with win10. When I tried to scan I kept getting an error that said "unable to communicate with existing software, please reload." So I uninstalled, re-installed, then did it all over again all to no avail. I went to the scansnap support page, re-downloaded their drivers but nothing worked. I'm running win10 on a new ASUS ROG laptop. For those of you looking at all of the positive reviews please note that most were during the early years of this product. Many complaints on other websites have shown that scansnap does nothing to address the win10 complaints. Be advised, do not purchase. Thanks for reading.
