I received 4 My Pillows as gifts. What a waste of money. I followed the instructions, fluffed them in the dryer, got all set for a great nights sleep. It was like sleeping on a bag of rocks. I tried it for a few nights thinking maybe I just had to get used to it. All I got for my efforts was a pinched nerve in my neck from it. Your head does not sink into it, it perches on top of the bag of rocks at a terrible angle, thus the pinched nerve. When you feel the pillow with your hands it's nothing but a bunch of tore up Styrofoam. Such a rip-off.
