Unit shows good wi-fi but every time I try to connect it resolves to "remembered/disabled". (1) Proform/ICON Health and Fitness will not let me speak wit a human because they don't show my number as being associated wit a registration and (2) I can't complete registration because Amazon has failed to get me the "SmartGuard 5-Year Fitness Equipment Protection Plan ($1500-$2000)" I bought on 13 May. * Registration will not go through without numbers I should have from that paperwork. Can you imagine worse service on either of their parts?! The treadmill sits there all together and I can't do thing with it because 'customer service is designed to keep you out! Can you imagine? Update: The deeper I get into the the clearer it becomes that I got one of those units that quality control never saw! What's worse is that support is useless. They expect me to make up for what wasn't done before this machine shipped AND the directions they offer as a fix refer to steps/items that simply do not exist. I'm about ready to begin the nightmare of sending an item this large back to Amazon! Update: $1700.00 rock taking up space. I was sent a piece of junk that did not work. Icon continues to try and sell me future service while providing no service on on the treadmill that came through the door not working. I've wasted hours trying to get useful service and they send me some kind of chip and expect me to provide the service of pulling the machine apart and doing something with this chip. When was the last time you shelled out 1700. for something, they expect you to be the service tech AND they're tring to sell you future service. These people are a joke! AVOID PROFORM/ICON. Update: Proform contracted with me for an updated service with extended warranty at the cost of $238.82. They started the 1 year warranty immediately, rather than after service. No one ever showed up to provide the service and all attempts to contact Proform about this have failed.
