NOT for automobiles !
Just FYI - this charger only works for batteries UP TO 30 AMPS ! Most car batteries are 600-800 cold cranking amps. Left it on my car for 2 weeks and still failed to start. Ended up buying another charger that was 1000amps and car started after having it on less than 12 hours. There is a note, at the bottom of the product description that mentions in passing that this charger is only good for batteries up to 30 AMPS.. that should be in BOLD at the TOP OF THE DESCRIPTION.
