This shower head is defective as it does not ever "click" into place, it just twists. You get a strange combination of settings, none of which are as described. The worst part is that the water temperature changes from one setting to another and was very uncomfortable when I was washing my hair. I had another adjustable shower head for years and didn't really need to upgrade but my hubby did, so I gave him my "older"one and I got the "new, awful" one. The box and wrappings were thrown away or I would definitely send this back!
