I ordered TTAX 2018 +State Nov 12, 2018 and received TTAX 2018 but state didn't work. Spent an hour on the phone TTAX rep and never got it resolved. Returned product to Amazon, and received TTAX 2018 + State 11/21/2018. State of Ca now ran, but the state form CA has a bug when you have 1099 SSA income. I wanted this for tax planning before end of year, but short of doing an override in the state, I did not get close to the correct answer for state taxes. I have another tax estimator to use so I know about what it should be. The other bad thing I found is that TTAX files are even slower to open than in the past. TTAX 2017 file opens in 20 sec's, 2018 file takes 45 sec's. Also, the uninstall does NOT remove all files and registry entries so if you ever need to install it again it knows all about the last setup you had and will not do a fresh install. Taxes are stressful- WHY does the tax software have to add to it!
