You would be crazy to install this - failure prone design - Valve leaks, and no reponse from seller.
Love it - except it leaks terribly from the primary valve (NOT from the hose connections). Requested service, repair 3 weeks ago - no reply. So, I think this could be a good product, but I can't tell because of bad replacement service from the seller. Review update / edit: So after persistent seemingly random leaks I removed the Bidet and took it apart. See attached photos. I was actually shocked. ISSUE 1 (Most critical): the main valve is connected to the supply pipe by a simple press-fit rubber or neopreme gasket. It was quite loose -meaning, you didn't have to push hard to seat the value into the supply - it just kind of loosely fit over the supply line. This is insane: if you have (say) 80 PSI water in your house, if there was ANY leakage at this connection point you could flood your bathroom, have huge water-damage issues. Think about this: unlike a leaking toilet flush / fill valve, where any failure of the valve will just cause the toilet to run and waste water - if THIS valve connection leaks it is outside the toilet - and will leak onto your floor and maybe the floor below. That's an insane risk! This design is borderline negligent in my opinion. ISSUE 1 (also bad): look at the photo of the clear plastic line existing the valve. This carries the water from the opened valve to the spray head. You can see the tube has turned opaque and has cracked at the end - it is brittle, and again leaks under pressure. Obvious QC issue. So, I see very bad and dangerous design choices combined with bad part quality. I would not install this under any circumstances. BUT - if the connection from water supply to the valve could be made properly secure / safe for in-home installation, AND the tube quality could be improved, this would be a good product. That's a lot of 'ifs'. Avoid!
