Loved the product for the first winter...now that it is cold again, one side is not working. I have spoken with customer service and after all the trouble shooting, they want me to foot the bill to ship it back for repair or replacement. It is about 7 months old with only 4 months of use and has a 3 year warranty. This is unacceptable to have to buy a box and ship back a king size mattress pad at my expense when it is under warranty. Very dissatified!!!!!!!
