I have the first Petcube that dispensed treats. After one year of use, the dispenser stopped working. The company would not help me fix this issue and said I would have to buy another one but would give me a small discount. I said no thanks and vowed never to buy another one. Like a sucker I bought another one. I purchased this new one because they were running a deeply discounted promo to previous petcube owners and I had an Amazon gift card. Immediately this new petcube treat dispenser had issues! It doesn’t fling treats, it drops a bunch on the ground and maybe might weakly toss one. I tried different sized treats but the dispenser just simply sucks. I am looking at returning this new petcube and giving myself a stern talking to in the mirror.
