I researched quite a bit before purchasing this steam mop. Initially I was happy with it. Ran distiller water through it. I pulled it out one day to utilize, removed the water tank and it began to leak water. Come to find out that simply removing the tank a handful of times Is enough to break the cap. I contacted Bissel customer service where I was told, begrudgingly, that they would replace it. Then the representative proceeded to ask me What else I would like to buy today because he is replacing this part for free. Like he was doing me a favor by replacing a faulty part!! That was over a month ago. Still, no replacement part has arrived. I would not purchase any product that the manufacturer does not stand behind. Buyer beware!!
