The toaster oven came with only 2 rubber feet out of 4. Of those 2 they were different sizes, one is flat and one rounded so not only does it rock back and forth it also rocks side to side. Also the convection fan ticks really loud when it’s running and I can’t feel any noticeable air from it. I’ve owned several toaster ovens and have never heard a fan like this. I am convinced I was sent a used or poorly remanufactured item. The toaster oven has scratches on the chrome parts as well. The box was sealed and even had a thick wrapping that was sealed from Oster with a shipping label from Oster to amazon. so this has to have been done right from Oster and not amazon. Very disappointed. Going to call them tomorrow and see what can be done. This will be a hassle to ship back.
