I have had 4 Tiles for about a year, I only actually used them a few times to see if they worked. I didn't realize that you have to be within range of the tile itself for it to work. If you're in the house, for example, and the tile is in the car, it's out of range. Really the only use for them is finding things around the house. They are also much bigger than I expected, about the size of a matchbook. The thing that really turned me off, they eventually die without warning. A year later I got an email saying it was "time to buy more tiles!" I don't think so.
