Extremely disappointed with this product. We purchased 2 of these boards for our kids for Christmas. We used them 5 times and one already has a hole from where it folds when deflated. The other has a problem with the pin when inflating. It continuously gets stuck and I can’t get it fully inflated. I contacted the manufacturer regarding the warranty for the one with the hole and after arguing back and forth they finally sent me a replacement. I opened the box to see they sent me a used board instead of a new one. So disappointed. My kids now have 2 Defective boards and the warranty they claim to give us basically useless. Poor quality and poor customer service. I purchased these based on the great reviews but I disagree with them.
