DO NOT BUY (unless you love ads)
This is my 3rd slingbox. Up until about a week ago I'd have written a review with nothing but praise. Sadly I can't say anything but DO NOT BUY. The simple fact is that even after you purchase the product and use the LOCAL desktop app to view content within your own home Sling has decided you should view ads. Yup, they are FORCING ads on you. And if the ads aren't bad enough unless you maximize the window they take up a LOT of the screen that used to be available to the video stream you want to watch.
