1. The deal says 2 free audio books. I downloaded one, was browsing for another when I saw that I had 0 credits. I didn't check to see how many credits I had before, unfortunately, so I don't know if I started with 2 or what. I know some longer books cost 2 credits, but when I bought the book I wasn't able to see how many credits it cost. It only said it was free with the Audible free trial, and now I can't see how much it cost initially. I have been looking for ages, and everything just says it's free with the free trial, or that I already own it. 2. They don't advertise their plans (or their deals) well enough. Apparently I could have had a three-month free trial because I'm a Prime member, but I didn't see that deal anywhere, so I went for the 30-day trial. They also tell you that, to continue your membership, it's $14.95/mo, but there are other options that they don't show you. I understand advertising the most expensive plan first and foremost, but you need to give us some other options. As it is, I'm canceling right away. I waited years to redeem my Audible membership, and I figured that with 2 free books now was as good a time as any to go for it. Guess not.
