I purchased this because I'm very happy with my other simplehuman products. Unfortunately, the bristles proved to be too stiff and don't really scrub the toilet bowl as much as grate along the surface. Imagine using a metal BBQ brush to clean the toilet and that's about how this works. On top of that, the brush pivots inside the handle grip, so there's no way to keep it facing the way you want it as you scrub. The magnetic base sounds like a good idea, but -- even with careful angling -- it's difficult to lift the brush out without pulling the stand off the floor along with the brush. I've put my old standby brush (no magnet, obviously) into the stand so it's not a complete waste of money. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product, though.
