Don't expect anything but a runaround - customer service is long & wud b a joke if their inflated prices...well, read the review
A coupla yrs ago, I tried them (albeit not thru Amazon); they spent a Tremendous amount of time w notices & popups trying to upsell me even further. Outrageously priced! Something close to $100/month for 'the works.' I like their show & their cookbook of all recipes from past shows is very much worth the $25. But overall, it's a ripoff. Besides, they r now re-organizing going on & a bunch of lawsuits happening. DVR the shows & keep them but don't think they r interested in food or u. It's typical in every way to a big Corporation & their customer support is there to beat u down or upsale - that's it! Caveat emptor...
