Buyer Beware. No support after product breaks.
I purchased 1 year ago almost to the day. At first it worked as advertised and did a decent job cleaning without leaving too much of a spin mark. I noticed about 6 months after using the product that the spinning nozzles began to get stuck. I cleaned them according to the manufacturer's recommendations and noticed no change. I ended up having to tap the entire attachment against the ground lightly to get it unstuck and it would start to spin. This method worked for a couple more months then it completely stopped moving which made it worthless. I tried to order the high pressure filter listed on their product insert to see if this was the problem but when I call to try and order the part, I never get to talk to a human. Never. I called several times and I sit on hold for 10 minutes then I hang up. I only used the product 4 times and it has already died and customer service is non-existent. Going through these reviews more thoroughly I can see I am not the only person with this problem. If they only are built to last a couple of uses, then the company should send a dozen of those tiny high pressure filters with the product.
***Update. I was finally able to get ahold of a human on 18003403912. I called and asked if the high pressure filter was the issue that caused the nozzles to stop spinning and was told it was most likely the nylon washers. I was given another phone number for a mass parts distributor (Gardner) to call and order a part that I would have to pay for. When I called that number for gardner parts (18008488946) they asked for my model # first and I was told they do not have any record of that model number and couldn't locate any parts for it. So I can't order parts, and they outsource any part ordering to another company that doesn't have any record of the model number. So basically what we have is a $65 paperweight with a 90 day warranty that has zero chance of getting fixed if it breaks afterwards.
***Update #2. After trying several methods to pay for and order their replacement nylon washers that "might" fix the issue and hitting a wall I have given up and I have contacted Amazon to file a complaint against the manufacturer, Techtronic Industries (according to my manual). In my opinion if you sell a product then outsource your parts support and the company you outsource to doesn't have repair parts, then you should not be selling your product anywhere since it cannot be fixed. I think the majority of these great reviews are from people who have had the item less than 1 year. You cannot sell a product and then refuse to support it. It needs to be removed from Amazon.com
