This used to work amazing for weightloss a few years ago, but since I've started taking it again in late 2016 til now I haven't seen any results. I did remember reading a review on here who said it wasn't working anymore for her sons illness and they had noticed the old package says that it's made in Japan and the new one doesn't. They also said this new version leaves a granular residue in your glass and the old one didn't. I found an old unopened container when I moved a few weeks ago and am able to verify that those statements are all true. I've attached a photo so you can compare for yourself. The container from 2015 says in the written paragraph at the end that it's made in Japan, this jar I recently bought with the 2016 date on it does not say that. The old container which hasn't expired yet and was completely unopened, plastic wrap intact, has a noticeably softer texture and left no residue in the glass. If you're taking this new one you know it leaves quite a lot of granular residue behind. I really don't find that it works anymore, so if you're disappointed too maybe just try a different brand before giving up on Inositol.
