Warning - don't buy the Kindle version
No reflection at all on the content of the book, but whatever you do, *don't* buy the Kindle version of this book. No table of contents, no recipe index, not even a link to the index that does exist. This is almost entirely unusable as a cookbook. Dorie's publisher has done her a real disservice here. What a disappointment.
