I was originally very happy with this blood pressure cuff but now after 5 months of use it has stopped working. It continues pumping air but never gives a reading and just says error on the monitor. After not even a half of a year of use it has become useless. I grabbed for it while I was having a BP emergency at home. My doctor asked me to take a BP reading and it would not read. It failed me when I needed it most. I've tried everything to try to get it to work like changing the batteries but it still will not give a reading. Also it eats batteries like crazy. It regularly ate four alkaline high drain batteries a month. I can not recommend this monitor any longer because it let me down when I needed it most. I'm sure it will let someone down as well.
