I upgraded to the Optimum version of Feliway and plugged it on on October 13th. By October 29th it is empty. That is 16 days. I used it with a brand new infuser. At this rate, running one of these for a month will require 2 refills and will cost $50 a month as the refills are $25 each. I use two of units, which will require four refills a month at this rate, or $100. Wow. The original version of Feliway usually lasted 30 days so this is a big difference! The product does help my cat make good litter box choices and she's out in the open more - instead of hiding all the time since she is a wallflower type cat. So I think it does work even though it's spendy. Update 2/2/22. I've purchased more of these refills and the later ones have lasted longer. I'm hoping that the initial ones I purchased were defective and the short duration an anomaly. I do think they help my crazy cat.
