Original Review: I've only used it a short period of time, two days. I really like this scale and seems to be very accurate. Why I say this, is I weighted myself two times minutes apart and it came up with the same values. Maybe that's software or for what it is, it's that good??? I don't know. Easy to setup, but still needed to read the instructions which were not a lot of, like two three small pages. I like the android version of the software, again, easy setup. I felt a little lost for a few minutes until I got around in the software. Works great so far on my Sprint Note 4. Very nice looking scale, well made and with a 5 year warranty. Bluetooth works without issue ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 21 MONTH UPDATE 10/19/2016: Changed star rating from 5 to 1 After one year, all was great. In January (1 year old), it only gave your weight and nothing else. Only every now and then would do the whole spill and give you all the measurements. That did not matter to me as it was not accurate. Love the tracking and storing my history on my phone. And to say, the scale has only been used by two adult seniors. As of today, it stopped working. It will still show your weight, but it's a little wonkie and it will not communicate with your phone now. I tried fresh batteries with no help, did the same thing just flashing the weight and then turns off. UPDATE: I will update rating and review after response to customer service and warranty. So I decided to give Greater Goods a call and was on hold for a while, but not long. Then after that wait, it said to leave a message at the tone and gave a email addy to write them for a call back. That was this morning around 10 am CST. I'm going to give them some time to respond as I don't need this second customer service, but I do expect to get some. Paying close to a benjamin for a scale that made it a fifth of it's warranty. Called AND emailed Greater Goods on the 10/19/16 and as of today 10/24/16. nothing from them. If they called, my answer machine would have taken the call. I check my emails daily, plus I look in the spam folder daily by habit. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now 01/22/2017 Never heard from Greater Goods.......................never. So ZERO warranties on the products they sell. Good luck if you buy from them. To bad, I liked where all this was going by helping me loose my spare tire and keep track. Watching your weigh go down is a big plus when you can't move very well. So see proof on your progression kept me motivated. SO BUY ELSE WHERE, HERE YOU'LL GET JUNK
