I don’t even know how to star this. I feel so stupid. This is not water proof. I had seen this item previously on an other website where it touted fully weather and waterproof. I failed completely to notice that that bit had been removed from the ad. This is not, even remotely water proof. If I had been in Minnesota during a sleet storm and subzero temps when I found this out, I would be one mighty ticked off customer. Why wouldn’t this be waterproof? I cannot possibly fathom a single ice fisherman I know dismissing that as an unimportant factor. For the money we spent and the intended purpose of this item.... I am just completely baffled. So, other than that it’s useless due to its inablilty to keep you warm AND dry, this is great for dry weather, predictable weather. It warms up quickly, has incredible space and is superbly constructed. I’d have bought a half a dozen of these to ship to family and friends in Minnesota and Alaska if I hadn’t done a trial run on a rainy day in the Arizona desert and found this flaw, in a mild rainfall with moderate wind, it soaked and leaked completely through drenching the entire interior. Honestly, I’m so disappointed and so completely dismayed. There should be a disclaimer.
