This is for the TurboTax VP trying to do Damage Control PR: You state "change isn't always welcome" in your posting from a few hours ago. Well, the changes to Turbo Tax this year are not welcome for a good reason! You have finally pushed people like me, who have used Turbotax since the 1990's to look for other options. I don't know what the other options are, but removing a bunch of features that I used without changing the name (Deluxe) is borderline fraudulent. It's a bait and switch. I buy the Deluxe, thinking it is similar to all the years I used it, and then I find out it is missing things I have used before, and now I need to "upgrade" to premiere. I'm done. Great way to drive away loyal customers. I'm loyal, not stupid. And I'm no longer loyal. Some of the other posts look like they were written by H&R block employees. I don't know how good their software is or others, but you have given me reason to look at others. And no, I am not an employee of a competitor posing as a customer, as it appears H&R Block people are doing. I'm just a genuine fed-up TurboTax user.
