I bought this pack for my son who gets terrible headaches after his monthly IV treatments. The first time froze it, the pack didn’t feel very cold, so I put it back it the freezer. The next time I took it out, the plastic side of the pack broke before it was used and spiled it’s beads all over my kitchen floor. I never expected it to happen because I have other cold packs that are several years old and are still in perfect condition.
