This is a horrible product. I purchased in January 2018 and used it 3 or 4 times to cut down some light brush around house. After each use I noticed when I went back to get it that it was leaking oil. Small amount at first but after about the 3 rd time quite a bit of oil all over my shed floor. What a mess. I called Worx. They asked me if I store it in a vertical position, assuming that would cause leak. I told them no I store it in a perfectly horizontal position. Now their reply is that after each use I should drain the oil to prevent leaks. I asked, why should I be at such an inconvenience and oil purchase expense after using it for minutes each time? She said it tells you that in owner manual. I re read the manual and it makes no mention of oil leaks and how to prevent them, nor does their advertising on the product tell you that chain saw leaks!!!
