Although the product seems good - simple, easy to read and use cell phone, the reviews about the problems with activation are on the mark. I spent 1-2 hours with 4 separate calls to Customer Service and Tech Support. One person asked me to hold and then hung up. The last person in Tech Support was helpful, but the solution is for Great Calls to set up the activation and send out a replacement phone. Seems that a simple to use cell phone with an existing tried and true service provider is needed. Great Calls is making money on the monthly service charges but is unable to create an phone that can be easily activated.
