I received an email shortly after this review letting me know about the 18month warranty, which was nice. But after requesting directions on how actually get my replacement at least 6-8 times I have had NO response from the company... Owned for 3 months and product is failing. Won’t turn on most times and won’t stay on if I can even get it to turn on. Hopefully company will offer a replacement Update 8/26/19. I’m still waiting to hear how to get a replacement!
