Update! My better half fixed this. Apparently the built in connector was loose. I still hate this thing. There is no "gentle" setting. Its full blast despite the adjustment knob. Also, the "feminine" and "rear" streams hit almost exactly the same spot of my butt. The self clean sucks. I would not purchase this again, however it is staying because I don't want to take it off. LEAKING IMMEDIATELY AFTER INSTALL. I literally just installed this and haven't even gotten to test it out yet! I feel that I got lucky that it immediately started leaking rather than later... This is a disaster waiting to happen. Hope your homeowners insurance covers flooding! Seemed to work fine after testing low pressure spray and self clean feature. Hopped in the shower because I had to literally hug my toilet to install this. As I was undressing, I heard a weird noise. I look around, and lo and behold, it is my brand new bidet taking a leak all over my bathroom floor. I think that maybe it was my seal (I had some threading left), so I wipe it up and hop in the shower. Upon getting out of the shower I realize that it has sprung another leak. Ok. Swallow my pride. I go to my boyfriend and apologize for buying him a cheap ass Christmas present, and that I need to return it. Yay! I have another project for tomorrow. /s Now that this warrrants a lousy review, I go to take a couple pictures of where it has been leaking from. Oh yeah, I left that out. After my shower, I sat there and watched it to see if it was in fact coming from the connection between to hose and the connector. It was not. So I go to take a picture for my review with a bobby pin to show the actual spot it was leaking from. I accidentally had it on video. WHICH IS HILARIOUS, BECAUSE IT STARTED LEAKING AGAIN AT THAT VERY MOMENT. Pending return. UPDATE!!! My (sweet, sweet, optimistic boyfriend) decided that there was a chance that it was a user error and felt the need to "fix" it. It's only been a few minutes, but I needed to pee so I ran with it. Tried both settings (bum and female) on all of the different settings. Even shifted my stance all around the seat. They both hit the same exact spot on my bunghole. No matter what. The "female" feature is a complete scam. There is no way these reviews werent paid for
