I've used Wahl clippers for over 15 years and have always been satisfied so when I saw a commercial for their new Lithium Ion cordless clipper. I didn't think twice about buying it. In fact I bought 2, one for my brother as a gift. Once I got the clipper in my hand, I thought.. Man this feels cheap.. Plastic like and very light.. After giving it a charge, I decided to try it out on my brother. You have to press the on/off button pretty hard for the switch to click. It is so cheap that the plastic body feels like its going to crack every time you turn it on/off. I than oiled the blade and gave it a run. The blades don't cut as close to the skin as my older Wahl clippers. I also had to go very slow with it cause the blade starts to tug on the hair if you go fast. After giving it about 5 minutes I went back to my old trusty corded Wahl clippers. Hoping to return this one. Also the small clipper that you see in the pic does not come with any clips for length adjustments. It is not chargeable and runs off a aa battery. I found those to also tug on your hair.
