Update...we bought a second oven that died within a year. There was no response from the company or seller with the failure of the first or subsequent oven. This product is lovely while it works, but is far far too expensive for a “throw away (dies in less than one year) product. Avoid at all cost!!!!! I loved this oven for the first 3 months. At that point the count down timer stopped working. Now, at one year the oven is dead. We not only wasted the money $400 spent on the oven, we spent money to buy extra racks, and a pizza stone.
