This is NOT a kettlebell. It is a piece of metal cast in the shape of a kettlebell. By which I mean the manufacturer had no understand of the end use of the item. The bottom is not flat, it has a seam and therefore rocks and easily tips over. The handle is too wide so it does not comfortably fit between your legs at the bottom of the swing. The handle is also too thick, uneven, and has a slick finish that makes it hard to hold. Even at the price, this item is not worth it. This is not a real kettlebell. Do not buy.
