I was so excited to try this, but the product gave me bad headaches and made me horribly constipated. :-( These are known possible side effects of taking collagen but I didn’t realize it until after experiencing the side effects and googling the possible cause. If you have a sensitive body, be warned! Even reduced the dosage from three pills to one and still had issues.
