Bought this camera for security because I was going overseas for a long trip. While I was away my place was broken into. I did not receive a notification. When I returned I saw an email from Blink saying their servers went down and that a physical hard reset would be needed to turn it back up. This is not possible when you are not physically home. If they have a system issue the camera should be able to reset itself afterwards. Because of this the intruder was not caught on camera. Useless.
