Please do not buy this product. There is no instruction of the notebook when I received: just a notebook and a pen (so I did not follow the exact temperature in microwave). and things was going so badly... it is a large potential risk that can threaten my roommates' and my life! I am trying to contact anyone but found no seller information. it is sold by Amazon. again it is not microwave safe!
